Swimming at Stone Creek includes a one-half size Olympic lap pool and a water works pool for the young children. Memberships are available for Stone Creek golf members and Stone Creek residents.

Relaxing pool side, meeting new friends, enjoying family time is a part of the enjoyment of the wonderful fun filled days of summer.

Swim lessons are available and water aerobics classes are often on the event calendar. The Water Works pool or big pool is a favorite for children’s birthday parties. Parties are booked through the business office.

Stone Creek will handle all pool memberships this year and Valdosta Aquatics will handle all swim lessons and classes. Matthew Grant and his Valdosta Aquatics team come with many years’ experience in pool facilities and swimming activities.  In addition to the Valdosta Aquatics club team’s use of the pool, there will be:

  • A swim school for lessons (child through adult)
  • A masters (adult) swim team practices
  • Water aerobics classes
  • A summer swim league that practices during the week.

For more information on swim lessons and swim team go to valdostaaquatics.com

Please note, while school is in, the Swim practice and lessons will be in the big pool from 4 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and the big pool will be closed except on Friday.  On Friday we will have a lane open and the shallow rope area open.  Please allow the team to practice without interference. Once school is out, the swim team’s practices will move to early morning (starting May 28, 2018), so the big pool will be open from mid-morning (10 AM) to closing (8 PM) on the weekdays with Water Works opening at 10 AM until 7 PM (See schedule below).

Pool Opens:

Pool Access

Key Fobs will be issued to new Members.  If there is not a pool attendant available, please use the key fob to gain entry.  If you have any old fobs please return to the clubhouse since they will not work.

Membership Cards

Each of the membership cards will contain a photo of the member along with name and membership number.

Guest Fees

This year there will be an option to pre-pay for guest passes.  For those choosing this option, three guest passes containing the family number will be issued with membership cards.  The guest passes will allow up to three guests to use the pool at one time with members whose family number matches the guest pass.  This will limit up to three guests at a time, which is the rule for the facility, but allow unlimited use.  Otherwise, each member can bring a guest to the pool, with a maximum number of three per membership (not per member) for $5.00 per day per guest, which has been the rule in the past.  The fee for guest passes is on the application.
